Before construction begins, each home in Puertecito is carefully designed
in collaboration with the homeowner to ensure the unique features perfectly match the residents’ needs. The number and size of bedrooms, square footage, storage capabilities, and more specific features are all rendered in an electronic format (see animated rendering) to give homeowners a good idea of how the home will look. In addition, during this procedure, the architect carefully considers how to best take advantage of the varied geographical features on each lot and optimize views.

When considering construction details we try our best to offer unique and interesting features which will set your house apart. Upon request, projects may include, indoor/outdoor/pool bars, BBQ grills, jungle gyms , a pool house, outdoor showers , Jacuzzis, rooftop patios, cobblestone paths to the beach , mosaics, air conditioning (in one or all rooms), solar water heaters, solar electricity, automatic garages, etc.
The Quality of Materials
Very short distances to the ocean demand top quality materials. This is always considered when selecting cedar doors, stainless steel locks, tiles, paint, etc.

Depending on the size of the house typical construction timelines are between 6 and 9 months to completion.

Each house has it’s own eco-friendly septic system which is designed to recycle grey waters for gardening.
